CORPORATE FINANCE ATTORNEY
Monroe Moxness Berg PA is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of transactional corporate and business law experience to work in our active Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions group. The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and oral communication skills, and will have experience and knowledge in the following areas: corporate finance [including private securities offerings, private equity investments and mezzanine financing transactions], commercial lending [including senior debt, subordinated debt, real estate loans and related financing transactions with commercial banks and finance companies], mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters. Monroe Moxness Berg PA is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of corporate law experience to work in our active Business Law and Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions groups. The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and oral communication skills, and will have experience and knowledge in general corporate law [including entity formation, corporate governance issues and negotiation and drafting of corporate documents].
