Monroe Moxness Berg PA is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of transactional corporate and business law experience to work in our active Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions group.  The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and oral communication skills, and will have experience and knowledge in the following areas:  corporate finance [including private securities offerings, private equity investments and mezzanine financing transactions], commercial lending [including senior debt, subordinated debt, real estate loans and related financing transactions with commercial banks and finance companies], mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters.  The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and to communicate effectively with other attorneys and firm clients.  Please email MMB your resume.
