Rachel is an associate at Monroe Moxness Berg PA in the Employment & Labor, Real Estate, Corporate Finance – M&A, and Business Law practice groups. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts.
Rachel works with clients to provide proactive counseling on a variety of employment and labor law matters, including hiring and termination decisions, leave and accommodation requests, employee complaints, employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, and various other employment compliance matters.
Rachel also provides counsel and assistance in structuring, negotiating and documenting business, corporate finance and commercial transactions. Rachel’s real estate experience includes assisting clients with various commercial real estate issues, including commercial development projects and negotiation of commercial leases.
Rachel graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2009. While at UST Law, Rachel competed in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition, served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the UST Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was a member of the UST Board of Advocates. Rachel has continued to contribute to the Twin Cities legal community through her work as an Adjunct Professor of Law coaching students in the University of St. Thomas Moot Court program and through pro bono client counseling and representation with the Alliance Defense Fund.
Rachel graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in International Business.
Rachel joined Monroe Moxness Berg in 2009.
