Matthew Duffy

Matt is an associate with Monroe Moxness Berg, practicing in the Real Estate, Land Use, Construction and Litigation practice groups. He has nearly 10 years of experience working with real estate, land use, construction, and general civil litigation clients. Matt has worked on many projects, including environmental reviews for real estate developments, construction arbitrations, and zoning and permitting with municipalities and counties. He has also worked with numerous clients at all stages of litigation.

A graduate from William Mitchell College of Law, Matt was on the Dean’s List and was a finalist for the Burton Legal Writing Scholarship, given each year for the best legal writer in each section. He also participated in the Rosalie Wahl (affiliated with the New York City’s Bar Association Annual National Moot Court Competition) and Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competitions. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.

Matt is admitted to practice in both Minnesota State and Federal District Courts.
