Patricia is the Chair of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Department.  She has over 20 years experience representing clients locally and nationally in complex commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as real estate development, leasing and finance projects.  Pat provides full-service representation to clients from inception of a transaction through closing.  Her due diligence reviews include title, survey, land use, permitting and environmental matters.

Pat's experience in sophisticated leasing includes representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground leases, build-to-suit leases, leases for space in office building and condominium complexes and leases in shopping centers and developments governed by extensive public and private restrictions, covenants and easements.  Additionally, Pat counsels her clients in traditional bank financing as well as complex structured financing, sale-leaseback transactions, leasehold financing and financing for multi-unit, multi-state packages.

Pat donates much of her time to charitable organizations.   She serves on the Board of Directors (Past Chair) of Perspectives, Inc, a non-profit organization serving at-risk and homeless families and children.  Pat is also a member of the Clubhouse Committee for Gilda's Club, a non-profit organization new to the Twin Cities, which offers support to people affected by cancer.
